We specialize in Authentic Vietnamese Cuisine serving specifically Vietnamese Noodle Soups (Pho - Beef Broth, Hu Tieu-Chicken Broth, and a Veggie Broth) although we have other entree offerings on our menu as well, such as rice vermicelli salads, rice dishes and noodle stir fries.  If you were to walk down the streets of Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City), Vietnam you would find a restaurant just like ours.  We personally believe our soups are perfect for the cold months of Minnesota and our menu is well priced for almost any budget.  Most entrees are $6.75
